I was born in a small town on the shores of Lake Erie. My mother was a musician and my father was a teacher. I started taking pictures at the age of 14 with a pinhole camera I had made in art class. I bought my first 35mm camera while studying design at Columbus College of Art and Design. I moved to Chicago and worked for a brief period before settling in Cincinnati and creating OMS in 1989.
      I like taking pictures of people and environments. I love working on location where every shoot is different. I absolutely enjoy what I do and the people I work with. I have worked as a professional photographer for 20 years with clients ranging from commercial to editorial. I live and work in the city of Cincinnati and have a wife, two sons and a dog.
