Obermeyer Fall Collection Photography & Video Production Proposal


A complete visual library for the Fall Collection.

OMS Photography will produce a comprehensive library of premium visual assets that showcase the quality, fit, craftsmanship, and performance of Obermeyer's Fall Collection - on-model photography, ghost mannequin, flat lay detail, and short-form product video. All content will be produced to Obermeyer's photography style guides and technical specifications for consistent presentation across e-commerce, catalogs, retail marketing, and digital channels.

Obermeyer will provide all approved pairing options for apparel and props, including but not limited to skis, goggles, gloves, and related accessories. OMS will execute styling based on those combinations to ensure brand consistency and alignment with merchandising direction.

OMS Photography utilizes high-resolution professional digital camera systems capable of producing imagery suitable for e-commerce, catalogs, print production, digital advertising, and large-format marketing applications.


Rates by category.

Photography services are billed on a per-image basis, with rates tiered by category to reflect differences in production complexity, retouching requirements, and crew time required per category. Each rate includes photography, production, crew, wardrobe styling, hair and makeup artistry, standard retouching, file processing, and final delivery.

Production scheduling is based on photographing approximately 30--40 products per production day, depending on garment complexity and styling requirements.

This estimate reflects tiered photography pricing by category and a per-video rate. Final pricing is subject to confirmation once casting selections, production schedule, and final shot list have been approved.

Client may choose to pay talent agencies directly. A final production estimate will be prepared once casting selections, production schedule, and final shot list have been approved.

OMS Photography will coordinate all talent casting and booking through professional Denver-area agencies.

Model Responsibilities

  • Provide their own undergarments
  • Scheduled according to the approved production calendar
  • Licensed according to the agreed usage rights

  • Agency fees exceeding quoted rates reviewed with Obermeyer for approval prior to booking

Talent Usage (Photography & Video)

Photography and video featuring recognizable talent includes:

  • Internet and social media, organic and paid
  • 3-year license term
  • Or until the product is no longer available and removed from the website, whichever comes first

Payment schedule & cancellation policy.

Deposit

30% of total estimated investment due upon signed approval, prior to start of production scheduling.

Balance

Remaining balance due upon final delivery of all photography and video assets. All invoices due Net 30.

Additional Fees

Model fees, casting sessions, talent usage licensing, and out-of-scope expenses are invoiced separately as incurred and are likewise due Net 30.

Late Payments

1.5% monthly finance charge on outstanding balances. Additional fees invoiced separately as incurred.

Scope Changes

Any changes to scope, shot count, or schedule that increase total cost will be documented in a written change order and approved prior to additional work.

Cancellation: 14+ Days Prior

25% of total estimated investment.

Cancellation: 7--14 Days Prior

50% of total estimated investment.

Cancellation: Within 6 Days / After Start

100% of total estimated investment for all scheduled shoot days, plus any non-recoverable third-party costs already committed.

Kill Fee Basis

Calculated against the total estimated investment as of the date of cancellation, inclusive of any approved change orders. Any deposit already paid is credited against the applicable kill fee.

Postponements

Mutually agreed postponements rescheduled within 60 days are subject to a rebooking fee in place of the kill fee schedule.

OMS Photography has extensive experience producing large-scale apparel programs for leading outdoor and performance brands. Our team combines experienced photographers, wardrobe stylists, hair and makeup artists, production managers, and digital technicians with proven workflows that maximize efficiency while maintaining exceptional image quality.

Our integrated Quickbase production tracking system provides real-time inventory management from product receipt through final delivery -- complete accountability for every garment, throughout production.


Estimated Production Schedule

Total scheduled shoot days: 15 days, comprising 1 day of casting, 3 days of product arrival/intake, 2 days of prep/pairing, 11 days of on-model photography, 10 days of ghost mannequin photography, and 5 days of flat lay photography. On-model and ghost mannequin run concurrently on Days 1--10; flat lay overlaps with on-model wrap and overflow/pickup days.
