How do you photograph splashes and pours consistently?
We use motion-control robotics (our in-hosue SISU Motion Controlled Robot) to repeat the same camera move, then time pours or splashes precisely for layered composites when needed.
How do you keep glass clean but realistic?
We build gradient reflections and flag problem highlights, then add condensation or “sweat” treatments that read natural at campaign scale.
Can you capture carbonation and bubbles on cue?
Yes. We trigger carbonation, introduce micro-bubbles, or shoot multiple passes and composite the ideal bubble density.
Can you shoot both stills and video during the same session?
Yes! Our Cincinnati and Denver studios are fully equipped for hybrid productions, allowing us to capture both still photography and motion assets on the same set. This keeps creative continuity and maximizes your budget.
Can you provide props, sets and surfaces?
Yes. We maintain a fully equipped in-house prop room with tabletop surfaces, plates, glassware, textiles, set pieces...you name it! We can also source new props and handle returning/recycling after the shoot. We also have the ability to build custom sets and source specialty items.
Do you shoot alcohol and non-alcoholic products?
Any! Cocktails, beer, wine, coffee, kombucha, energy drinks, water and more.
Where can we shoot?
In our Cincinnati Studio, we have three distinct shooting spaces with different looks/feels, all equipped with state of the art, fully equipped kitchens designed for food styling, storage, prep and hold/cold holding.
Can clients attend the shoot in person or remotely?
Both! Clients are always welcome in studio, but we also offer live remote viewing through tethered capture and real-time screen sharing. You can review images, make selections, and give feedback from anywhere.
Do you handle post-production and color correction in-house?
Yes. Most OMS food project includes access to our retouching and color specialists, ensuring color accuracy for packaging and consistency across print and digital assets.
Can you photograph food for packaging, print, and digital use?
Yes. We capture in high resolution using Phase One medium format systems, allowing for output across packaging, print, social, and large-format advertising. Each file is color-profiled for its final platform.
Who is the point of contact?
We have an in-house producer who leads shooting logistics, scheduling, budgets, and vendors. We also have a post-proudction team that handles retouching, color, anf final delivery. Which provides our clients with support from start to finish.
