Honey Stinger occupies a distinctive space in the sports nutrition market. Their products are ingredient-forward, honey-powered, and built for real athletes. That positioning requires photography that communicates quality and performance without losing the warmth and approachability that make the brand stand apart from harder-edged competitors.

Sports nutrition photography works best when it balances technical precision with authentic appetite appeal. Honey Stinger's product identity is rooted in natural ingredients and real performance, so the photography needed to feel honest and energetic rather than over-styled. OMS built setups that let the product do the work, with lighting and composition that communicated quality without losing warmth.

Phase 01 — Pre-Production
Shot planning for product and packaging lines
OMS developed shot lists covering Honey Stinger's waffle and snack product lines across eCommerce, packaging, and advertising formats. Lighting setups and staging were planned to maintain consistency across SKUs while allowing for flavor-specific color and ingredient differentiation throughout the library.
Phase 02 — Product Photography
Packaging heroes and eCommerce assets
OMS produced clean product heroes across Honey Stinger's packaging lineup, including the Original with PB waffle and additional SKUs. Controlled lighting managed wrapper reflections and label detail for imagery that performs at both thumbnail and full-bleed scale across retail and eCommerce platforms.
Phase 03 — Videography
Brand video for digital campaign use
OMS produced brand video content for Honey Stinger for digital advertising and campaign deployment. The video maintained the same ingredient-forward, energetic visual language as the photography library, ensuring cohesion across still and motion assets.
Phase 04 — Post-Production
Retouching to eCommerce and packaging standard
OMS's in-house retouching team handled color grading, background cleanup, and packaging detail accuracy across all assets. Finals were formatted to eCommerce platform specs and packaging requirements and delivered campaign-ready on first pass.
