Their face oils, serums, and cleansers required photography that felt as intentional and elegant as the formulas themselves. 01 The Brief

A skincare brand built on purity. Photography that reflects it.

Naked and Thriving is a fast-growing plant-based skincare brand with a loyal following built on ingredient transparency and conscious self-care. Their product line, face oils, serums, and cleansers, required imagery that communicated luxury and purity without feeling cold or clinical. Every frame needed to feel as thoughtful as the formulas.

OMS produced a full suite of studio product and lifestyle photography alongside nine motion assets for Naked and Thriving, spanning hero product shots on clean backdrops, soft lifestyle moments, model photography, and ingredient and texture detail, all built for eCommerce, social media, and campaign storytelling.

02 Our Approach

Soft light. Organic styling. Refined to the detail.

Skincare photography lives or dies on subtlety. The wrong lighting makes a serum look cheap. The wrong styling makes a lifestyle image feel staged. OMS leaned into soft, diffused lighting, organic prop and ingredient styling, and a restrained aesthetic that let Naked and Thriving's product quality speak without over-art-directing the frame. That same sensibility carried through to all nine motion assets.

Phase 01 — Pre-Production
Creative direction aligned to brand aesthetic
OMS developed shot lists and styling references rooted in Naked and Thriving's minimalist brand identity. Prop sourcing, ingredient selection, and backdrop choices were mapped to the brand's clean, natural visual language ahead of shoot days to ensure cohesion across the full still and motion library.
Phase 02 — Product Photography
Hero shots for eCommerce and packaging
OMS produced clean product heroes across Naked and Thriving's skincare lineup. Soft, controlled lighting managed glass bottle reflections and label detail for imagery that reads with clarity and elegance at every output size from eCommerce thumbnail to full-bleed campaign.
Phase 03 — Lifestyle, Model and Motion
Still and video built for every channel
OMS produced lifestyle and model photography alongside nine motion assets for Naked and Thriving. The video library spans product, lifestyle, and model content for eCommerce, social, and campaign deployment, all maintaining the same soft, intentional visual language as the still photography library.
Phase 04 — Post-Production
Retouching that keeps it clean
OMS's in-house retouching team handled color grading, skin retouching, background refinement, and packaging detail accuracy across all assets. The goal throughout was to enhance rather than over-process, preserving the natural, intentional quality that defines the Naked and Thriving brand.
