OMS Named Greater Cincinnati’s Best Places to Work Finalist
The Business Courier has named OMS Photography a finalist for its 2024 Best Places to Work awards, an annual program recognizing Greater Cincinnati companies that rate highest for employee satisfaction.
To determine the list, OMS employees were surveyed by an independent third party, Quantum Workplace, on 30 scored items across six categories:
- Communications and Resources
- Manager Effectiveness
- Team Dynamics
- Individual Needs
- Personal Engagement
- Trust in Leadership
The results were tallied, and organizations were ranked by score. The finalist companies are those that rate highest overall in one of five size categories: 10 to 24 employees, 25 to 49 employees, 50 to 99 employees, 100 to 249 employees, and 250 or more employees.
