OMS is Presenting at Food Photo Affair!

One of our most beloved food styling partners, Jeff Martin, has created something special for our industry. The Food Photo Affair (FPA). 

FPA is a professional development exhibition and conference featuring some of the most incredible food photographers, directors, and stylists worldwide. Over three days, set amongst the beautiful wineries of Napa Valley, guests will enjoy unique workshops and presentations featuring new techniques geared toward the advancement of our industry.

With our robotics system partner, Sisu Cinema Robotics, OMS was approached by FPA founder Jeff Martin to present our capabilities, including hosting a few hands-on workshops. We will be exhibiting our robotic system live and showing the attendees how using the system has completely changed the way we approach video. In addition, we are thrilled to participate and work closely with Jeff to create promotional content for the event featuring some of the sponsors.

The conference and exhibition are happening November 19-21, 2021, at The Meritage Resort and Spa in beautiful Napa, California, USA. 

Here’s a breakdown of what we’ll be doing:

• On Saturday – OMS and Sisu will give a presentation to the entire conference featuring our robotic cinema system.
• Later on Saturday – OMS and Sisu will each have hands-on workshops about using robotic cinema systems.
• On Sunday – our Director of Marketing, Jacob Meyer, will run a workshop about websites and SEO for food photographers and stylists.
• Throughout the event, watch our photographer and friend AaronVan be nominated and participate in several awards and contests.
